Considered one of America’s exp
ert communicators, Dr. Nathan Mellor is the CEO of C3 Brands and President
of Strata Leadership. A captivating storyteller, he is recognized for his a
bility to connect at the heart level with a wide range of audiences. A trus
ted advisor to executives and influencers, he has an uncanny ability to ins
pire, clarify and motivate individuals and groups.
Since c
o-founding Strata Leadership in late 2009, the company has grown from a sin
gle employee in a windowless office to a multi-million dollar family of com
panies that includes: Mosaic Personnel, Qubit Creative and Strata Leadershi
p. As President of Strata Leadership, Dr. Mellor has helped launch numerous
brands including: The Academy of Sports and Character, The Institute for E
merging Leaders, Monocle Press, Strata Leadership Center for Public Safety,
and the Strata Leadership Executive Forum. Along with Character Core and C
haracter First Education brands, estimated audiences of over 500,000 people

Dr. Mellor has be
en a student favorite at the undergraduate and graduate levels for over twe
nty years. His most popular courses included leadership, communication, eth
ics and the psychology of conflict. In pursuit of educational, humanitarian
and religious interests, he has studied or taught in: Australia, Belize, C
hina, England, Guyana, Israel, Jordan, Mexico, Russia and Rwanda. He is pas
sionate about developing future leaders and is the co-founder of the Presid
ential Leadership Institute, hosted on the campus of York College, in colla
boration with the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum.

Dr. Mellor earned the Doctor of Education in Organization
al Leadership degree from Pepperdine University, where he was a Colleagues
Grant recipient. He earned the Master of Dispute Resolution degree from the
prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine Univ
ersity School of Law, where he was named a Straus Fellow. He earned the Mas
ter of Science in Education degree from Harding University while serving as
the Graduate Assistant to the University President. He earned the Bachelor
of Arts from Harding University where he was elected Student Association P
resident, earned his letter playing intercollegiate football, played trumpe
t in the Pep Band and sang in the choir. He lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with
