Program is suitable at the basic level for individuals who have routine interactions with others that could potentially lead to contentious conversations. OK Ethics makes no guarantees as it is up to the individual practitioner to determine relevance to their specific area of practice.

 Topic: "Seven Survival Skills"

On March 9, 2020 Jim Priest became  President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma, a 32 million dollar nonprofit with a staff of over 700.  Two weeks later the Covid Crisis and government directives resulted in the shutdown of Goodwill's 25 retail stores and 20 attended donation centers resulting in an 85% reduction in revenue and the furloughing of 90% of Goodwill's staff.  Jim will share insights from his crucible experience and offer suggestions for maintaining ethical leadership in turbulent times.
