"The Culture Imperative  - Building a Positive, Ethical and Collaborative Place to Work"

Note: This program is not eligible for a CPE recommendation.

As the business world continues to expand and evolve at an ever-increasing rate, there is continued pressure and need for organizations of all types and sizes to ensure they understand and define their culture.  Employee engagement is a critical element to success and is greatly impacted by culture. Organizations are taking note that having strong ethics and a defined culture are no longer a "nice to have", but a necessity.  This presentation will walk you through Stinnett & Associates’ pursuit of cultural excellence to help attract, retain and engage our team as well as provide helpful takeaways for you to apply within your own organizations.
