Shannon is Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Holdings and, although she serves several states, is based out of Oklahoma City.

One of the first three among the six Founding Members, Shannon began serving OK Ethics in October, 2003 when the idea of this grassroots organization was first proposed. She participated in the first strategic planning session and set the direction for the OK Ethics statewide development.

In the early days, there was no formal structure. Everyone wore several hats. When the first Board was formed, Shannon assumed the position as OK Ethics' first Vice President of Membership.

Colin was appointed to the OK Ethics Foundation Board because of his support of the Statewide Student Ethics Challenge where he has served as a judge each year since 2011 and assists with coordinating the annual event. He has also served as competition judge to the regional and national events each year since 2011 and was a national finals judge at the inaugural Two Year College competition in 2013 and served again in 2014.  He is scheduled to judge both the national competition events for the Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl (IEB) and the Two Year College Ethics Bowl in Costa Mesa, CA in February 2015.

Colin Schoonover is Manager of Pipeline Systems/Engineering Services and Asset Management at ONE Gas, Inc.  The majority of his professional experience is in information technology and applying that knowledge to improve field operations.  Prior to his service in the oil and gas segment, he applied his experience to helping students succeed in their goals at the college level.  He graduated with honors from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas and holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management with minor degrees in both Human Resources and History.  He is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysts, the Project Management Institute, and the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics.

Tony was appointed to the OK Ethics Foundation Board because of his active involvement as an Executive Ambassador to the Consortium, his interest in fostering the ethical development of our youth and unique skill set that includes both law and accounting.

Tony A. Scott joined Heritage Trust as vice president, relationship manager in early 2014. Mr. Scott began his professional career as an auditor at Peat Marwick Mitchell, now KPMG. He left public accounting in 1984 and devoted the next 30 years of his career to nonprofit work.

Mr. Scott is a 1982 graduate of East Central University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting. He later attended night school at Oklahoma City University School of Law where he obtained his law degree in 1991. He is dually licensed as an Oklahoma attorney and CPA and is an active member of both the Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma Society of CPAs.

For 10 years, Mr. Scott served as a local, national and international instructor for the Becker CPA review course. Additionally, he has taught as an adjunct professor in the schools of business at Oklahoma Christian University, Washburn University and Oklahoma City University.

 For four years, Pam served as President of the Foundation, the 501c3 organization that supports university efforts and student chapters. She simultaneously acts as a VP on the Consortium Board to ensure continuity of communication between the two groups. 

Pam is CEO of Principal Technologies, Inc., a prominent staffing company that she has owned since 1998. Their primary focus is the niche markets of IT, Engineering & Accounting as well as Government Services. She strives to create a workplace built on character and integrity.
In 2008, Principal Technologies was recognized as a Compass Award recipient in the small business category.

Since the group's inception, Shannon served as the Founder/Director of the 
OK Ethics Consortium on a non-compensated basis. She continues to do so for the Foundation.

Bob served in the role of Foundation President from January, 2005 to September, 2009. Currently. He holds a role as Chief Diplomat on the OK Ethics Consortium Board as well as participating as a Director on the OK Ethics Foundation Board. 

Bob retired from his role as Ethics Advisor for Boeing Aerospace in Oklahoma City in July, 2009. His extensive background includes Manager of Quality Assurance, Safety and Environmental Affairs for Boeing.  In addition, Bob was a Malcolm Baldrige Award examiner for the Oklahoma Quality Award Foundation.  Prior to his career with Boeing, Bob was an Air Force pilot.

 Audit Manager

 Joe graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. While he was graduate student, he passed all four parts of the CPA exam. As a result, he started his career in accounting with the CPA exam already completed. Except for short period of time as an accountant for a Broker Dealer, his career has been in audit.

 Joe has gained experience in a variety of areas in audit, such as oil and gas, manufacturing, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities, which include Single Audits (a.k.a. OMB Circular A-133 audits) and benefit plans, such as defined benefit and contribution plans. Currently, he is an Audit Manager for BKD, LLP, national public accounting firm.

 Joe has been actively involved with the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium (OK Ethics). As a graduate student, he organized one of the first student chapters of OK Ethics in 2005. He has served as a judge for the Student Ethics Challenge since 2006. The Board appointed him Treasurer in September, 2015.

Tony was the Vice President, Ethics and Corporate Security, for Chesapeake Energy.  Prior to that, he worked for several years with the Oklahoma Bar Association.

In addition to his service on the OK Ethics Board, he has been active on the OK Ethics Education Council and has served as a judge for both the Oklahoma Statewide Ethics Bowls as well as the Regional Student Ethics Bowl in San Antonio. Prior to that, Tony was actively involved in selection of scholarship candidates and has sponsored countless students at luncheon events.

Apryl joined Boeing in May 2011 with roles in the business operations and supplier management organizations. In December, 2014, she joined the Ethics and Business Conduct organization within Boeing as an Ethics Advisor in Oklahoma City, focusing on enabling an open and accountable culture. Prior to joining the company, she held various roles in defense industry companies, including roles in compliance. In the summer of 2015, Apryl participated as a judge in the General Tommy Frank's High School Ethics Bowl.

Apryl holds bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and in Accounting from the University of Maryland, University College, and a master's degree in Acquisitions and Supply Chain Management.

Langston University

Deborah is a pastor’s wife, a retired human resource professional and retired college administrator. Since retiring from Langston University as the Director of Programs and Services, she serves as an adjunct professor at Langston University, OKC Campus (LUOKC) teaching 9 hrs or less ,and a volunteer in various civic and community organizations including as a Board Member of Black Liberated Arts Center (BLAC).

Deborah is very passionate about the mission and programs of OK Ethics. She was the advisor of the college chapter at LUOKC, coached debate teams; and, this summer was a judge in OK Ethics' first high school competition in 2015. Deborah has served on the OK Ethics’ Ambassador Team for several years. Previously, Deborah served on the Education Committee of Character First, and was instrumental in LUOKC becoming one of the first College campuses of Character.
